In the bottom right corner of the front page as well as the sub-pages, the user will be able to find
a button/link to press, which automatically takes the person to the FAQ page. In this page, the
user will be able to find the most commonly asked questions regarding the platform and its
services as well as the answers to these questions. Scrolling down on the page, the user will
likewise be able to find a ‘message box’ in which they can write and send their questions if the
FAQs did not succeed to answer it.
