The shared experience of these workshops sparked the interest of WEMusic young people in sharing their knowledge and personalities. So Ozran Turkan, one of the young Turkish musicians involved in the project, proposed a free workshop on “mastering”. The aim of this workshop was to reinforce participants’ understanding of the importance of mastering in the music industry, and to provide them with the tools to master it by understanding its logic. This spontaneous workshop reflects the Turkish group’s proactive approach to creating learning opportunities and enhancing the musical experience for participants.
